What is Black Lamb Culinary?
Black Lamb Culinary is a team of likeminded individuals with culinary training & knowledge from some of the best restaurants in Tucson, Arizona. While honing our craft in these kitchens we felt that our culinary ideas & love of cannabis, paired with our thoughts of blending the two in a fine dining atmosphere, were being misunderstood or completely shut out. As if we were '“black sheep” of the industry. After many late night talks amongst ourselves & being asked to cooked for a couple of events, the Black Lamb Culinary Pop Ups were born.
Our Pop Up dinners are always a showcase of local ingredients, local cannabis, & elevated cooking techniques with a welcoming approach. We strive to break the stigmas and stereotypes of what cannabis culture is thought to be by demonstrating how fine dining and cannabis have a place together in the culinary industry.
